  • 1/4 cup Carrots
  • 1 Raisins
  • A few cinnamon toffee almonds
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Non-dairy milk or milk
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla yogurt or dairy yogurt, non-dairy


  1. Let’s whip up a cozy breakfast treat together! Start by gathering your ingredients: rolled oats, milk, yogurt, shredded carrot, a few cinnamon toffee almonds, maple syrup, raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla extract
  2. In a jar, combine these ingredients with love and care. Give them a gentle stir until everything is well mixed, then seal the jar with a lid.
  3. Now, pop your jar of goodness into the refrigerator, letting it chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. When morning comes (or whenever you’re ready to dive in), take out your jar and give the oats a little stir. If you like your oats a bit creamier, feel free to add a splash more milk and mix it in.
  5. Now comes the fun part – enjoy your delicious creation straight from the jar, or spoon it into a cozy bowl. Get creative with your toppings, whether it’s a dollop of almond butter, a sprinkle of granola, or a handful of extra raisins.
