At Sir Walter Candy Co., we strive to "sweeten your day" with every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@sirwaltercandy.com.

How to Request a Refund

Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please mail it to:

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Original Payment: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Merchandise Credit: Alternatively, you may request a merchandise credit, which will be issued within 24 hours of approval. This credit is valid for online purchases only.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
